Job summary

Cyber Security is seeking a motivated engineer to join their team in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum S1 degree in Engineering, Computer, or Telecommunication and at least 1 year of hands-on experience, particularly with database software solutions like SQL Server.

This role involves installing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the products sold, as well as providing daily reports to both internal teams and clients. A good understanding of IT Infrastructure is essential, and strong communication skills in English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with database software solutions.
• Good understanding of basic & advanced IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure (server, storage, and network) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain the products.
• Provide daily reports of activities to internal and clients.
• Deliver technical knowledge to the client with good self-presence.

• Have good presentation skills and good communication in English.
