Job summary
PT Pronata Data Insani is seeking a System Engineer / System Administrator with a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field and at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You will manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V), administer Windows Server and Linux (RHEL), and oversee servers, storage, and networking (DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP).
The role requires strong troubleshooting, incident handling, backup/restore, patching, and basic server security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as System Engineer / System Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V).
- Strong administration and troubleshooting for Windows Server and Linux (RHEL).
- Solid knowledge of servers, storage, networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Experience in server monitoring, backup/restore, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of user/access management and basic server security.
- Experience in incident/problem troubleshooting and RCA.
- Scripting/Automation experience is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
