Job summary

Talent HuntPH is seeking a proactive Systems Analyst to lead technical teams and design scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust system designs and drive efficient development practices.

The role requires hands-on experience in IT architecture, distributed systems, and modern tooling, with a focus on delivering reliable customer-oriented software in a multifinance context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 1–2 years as Systems Analyst; at least 2 years as software developer/engineer.
• Experience as System Analyst in a Multifinance company.
• Strong planning, architecture, design and estimation skills.
• Able to lead and guide a team to meet business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid IT knowledge, software development, distributed frameworks; interest in renewables.
• Proficient in GIT, CI/CD, virtualization, containerization, and issue tracking tools.
• Understanding Agile mindset and Scrum.

Requirements

• S1 graduate or equivalent from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00


• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related field with at least 2 years previous experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer


• Must have experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance Company


• Proficient in: Planning, Architecting, Designing, Estimating and Executing to make software development delivered well to customers


• Able to lead a team, guide team members, and ensure work is completed well in accordance with business needs


• Able to communicate clearly, on target and effectively both orally and in writing


• Have in-depth knowledge of information technology, software development and distributed frameworks and have enthusiasm in the development of renewable technologies


• Able to find and fix technical issues in a highly adaptive environment


• Understand GIT, CI-CD, virtualization and containerization technologies and be able to use tools for Issue Tracking


• Understanding the Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
