• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or IT Application Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business requirements analysis, business process analysis, system analysis, and preparing technical documentation, including BRD, FSD, TDD, SIT, and UAT documents.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development best practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in UML, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, ERD, Flowcharts, and other technical documentation standards.
• Experience in SQL, relational database design, data modeling, and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, UI/UX mockups, and a good understanding of frontend/backend application architecture.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, API integration, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth/JWT).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in Full Stack Application Development (Frontend & Backend) is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and developing or integrating AI-powered solutions is an advantage.
