Job summary

Delta Data Mandiri is seeking a capable Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specs.

You will collaborate with IT, developers, and QA to ensure solutions meet business needs, manage change requests, and guide projects through the full lifecycle using SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years as a Business Analyst.
• End-to-end project experience as PM preferred.
• Strong documentation of BRD/FRD/use cases/user stories.
• Familiar with SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of business analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, etc.).
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or ERP projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are a plus.
