VLink Inc. is seeking a qualified System Administrator (Executive) to support and enhance IT infrastructure across server, network, and cloud environments.

The role focuses on maintaining security, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems while communicating in English. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining servers, networks, and storage; patch management; DR planning; cloud adoption; and providing desktop support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong English communication.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, PKI.
• Hands-on virtualization with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficient in documentation and system audit processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain server, network, and storage systems.
• Monitor, patch, and upgrade systems daily.
• Manage security, backups, DR and cloud strategies.
• Oversee network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Create system documentation and SOPs.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues to maximize availability.
• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot Windows OS and iPhone.
• Support and lead upgrades and migrations.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced System Administrator (Executive) to support and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of its IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across server, network, and cloud environments, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining mission-critical systems and ensuring the organization's technology landscape is secure, efficient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server, network, and storage systems
• Perform daily operational tasks including monitoring, patch management, and system upgrades
• Manage infrastructure security, backup procedures, disaster recovery (DR), and cloud implementation strategies
• Oversee and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and policy manuals
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure security and operational compliance with industry standards
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to ensure optimal availability
• Desktop support and troubleshooting
• Windows OS and iPhone troubleshooting
• Handling video conferencing systems
• Printer support (especially Canon)
• IT infrastructure and network support
• Cloud knowledge
• Plan, design, and conduct IT security training sessions for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and operational workflows
• Support and lead system upgrades and migration initiatives
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to organizational needs
• Report progress and updates to the Head of Infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good communications in English
• Proven experience with Windows Server and Linux Server administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficient in technical documentation and system audit processes
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a structured team environment
