Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a junior IT support specialist to be the first point of contact for IT system questions, assist users, and help maintain Linux-based infrastructure in a business environment.
You will learn and support IT systems, manage hardware and software, and ensure services run smoothly while applying basic IT security practices such as MFA and access controls.
Ready to dive directly into learning IT systems, helping system users, and maintaining system infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for questions about IT systems, and responsible for ensuring all IT system infrastructure functions properly, including managing hardware and software subscriptions.

Assist users with system-related questions and issues
Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure systems function properly
Manage hardware and software subscriptions
Support end users in resolving hardware and software problems
Keep systems running in a business environment
Manage Linux systems including user management, file sharing, services, updates, backups, and basic monitoring
Manage TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall configuration
Write and modify basic scripts to automate routine tasks
Implement IT security basics including MFA, password managers, access controls, network security, and database backup and recovery
About you
Minimum S1 education from Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting end users, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining systems in a business environment
Practical knowledge of Linux — user management, file sharing, services, updates, backups, and basic monitoring
Basic understanding of networking with practical knowledge in managing TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall configuration
Comfortable using command line tools; able to write and modify basic scripts to automate routine tasks
Understanding of IT security basics including MFA, password managers, access controls, network security, and database backup and recovery
Customer service mindset and ability to communicate with non-technical users
Organized, technology-literate, and experienced with command line usage
