Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms in Jakarta. You will manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, and File Services, handle security updates, and ensure system health and backup readiness.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong PowerShell skills, and familiarity with monitoring tools. Collaboration with IT teams and documentation upkeep are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows Server Administration or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, File Services, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup, or similar).
• Familiar with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or ManageEngine.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Hybrid Cloud is an advantage.
• Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus.
