Nestlé in Indonesia is seeking a First Line Manager for the Panjang Factory in Lampung. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, while driving line performance, resource management, and people development.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, and Supply Chain to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required, and TPM/Lean/NCE knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably FMCG/food & beverage.
• Experience leading and developing production teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS, and KPIs is highly desirable.
• Good English proficiency in writing and speaking.

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance across production.
• Ensure achievement of production targets through planning and execution.
• Drive line efficiency, productivity improvements, and asset optimization.
• Manage workforce performance, capability building, and coaching.
• Support continuous improvement via NCE, TPM, Lean, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, and Supply Chain.
