Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a Branch Manager East Java to lead our Surabaya regional office. You will drive commercial success, oversee sales, service, and operations, and ensure high-quality medical solutions across the region.

The role requires 8+ years in a management position, strong leadership, and ability to develop strategies, grow revenue, and manage stakeholders in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

About the role

As the Branch Manager East Java, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our regional office in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time position, you will drive the commercial success of the branch, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality medical solutions and support services to our customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, logistics and financial management
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead, motivate and develop a talented team of sales, technical and administrative staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders in the region
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate closely with the wider IDS Medical Systems Group to share best practices and align on strategic priorities

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (8+ years) in a management role, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a regional sales office or branch
• Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
• Relevant degree or professional qualifications in a related field
