Job summary

Rukita is a leading proptech company in Indonesia seeking a Business Development Specialist & Manager to drive partnerships with property owners and managers in Yogyakarta. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and support growth with a proactive startup mindset.

Based in Yogyakarta or familiar with the area, you will report to the Business Development Area Leader and work in a fast-paced team focused on scalable living solutions for tenants and landlords alike.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Based in Yogyakarta or familiar with the area.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita product
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners
• Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia
• Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiation and legal documentation process
