Job summary

Matchatalent is seeking an Export Import Coordinator to join on-site in Surabaya. You will manage end-to-end export and import documentation, ensure customs compliance, and coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, lines, and authorities to keep shipments moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of EXIM experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Excel skills. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate records and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on export-import operations or logistics coordination.
• Strong experience with EXIM documents (PIB/PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO).
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade docs.
• PPJK certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete export and import documentation processes to support smooth cargo movement.
• Ensure all shipping and customs documents comply with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, operational teams, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities regarding shipment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational or documentation-related issues.
• Verify and process EXIM documents including PIB, PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, and related customs documents.
• Maintain organized documentation records and prepare shipment and compliance reports.
• Support customs clearance activities and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Utilize logistics systems and Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and operational monitoring.
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and reporting activities.
