Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an EXIM Coordinator in Surabaya to manage end-to-end export and import documentation, ensuring customs compliance and smooth shipment coordination.

The role requires handling PIB/PEB, B/L, COOs, and related documents, coordinating with customers and authorities, and maintaining precise records. On-site work in Surabaya with strong English skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• ≥3 years in export-import operations or logistics coordination.
• Experience with EXIM documents such as PIB/PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, CO...
• Intermediate to advanced English for daily coordination.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export and import documentation to support cargo movement.
• Ensure documents comply with Indonesian customs and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, operations, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational or documentation-related issues.
• Verify EXIM documents including PIB, PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, and related documents.
• Maintain organized documentation records and prepare shipment and compliance reports.
• Support customs clearance activities and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Utilize logistics systems and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and monitoring.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and reporting activities.
