Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an EXIM Coordinator in Surabaya to manage end-to-end export and import documentation and ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations. The role is on-site in Surabaya, requiring a detail-oriented and independent professional.

You will coordinate with customers, operations teams, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, monitor shipments, verify PIB/PEB and related documents, and maintain meticulous records using Excel and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in export-import operations or logistics coordination.
• Experience handling EXIM documentation (PIB/PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO).
• Good understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade documentation flows.
• PPJK certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle export and import documentation end-to-end to support cargo movement.
• Ensure all documents comply with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, operations teams, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities on schedules and requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational or documentation issues.
• Verify and process EXIM documents including PIB, PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, CO and related docs.
• Maintain organized documentation records and prepare shipment/compliance reports.
• Support customs clearance activities and timely submission of required documents.
• Utilize logistics systems and Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.
