Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a líder for end-to-end supply planning to optimize product availability, inventory efficiency, and alignment between demand and supply in Jakarta.

The role drives the S&OP process, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures effective forecasting, planning, and execution to support business objectives while maintaining service levels and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• End to End Supply Chain Owner
• Leads and manages the S & OP process to meet customer service and cost objectives
• Represents the S & OP team on the board
• Communicates S & OP decisions to operational level
• Enforce adherence to the process and decisions made by the team
• Accountable for Weekly Plan / Final Decision on Weekly meeting
• Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
• Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
• As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
• Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotes are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
• Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
• Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
• Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
