Job summary

PT Hara Gema Dharma seeks a Supply Chain Lead to oversee end-to-end demand forecasting, supply planning, and purchasing based on sales trends and inventory levels in Bandung. You will monitor stock availability to minimize stock-outs and drive replenishment strategies.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance to align supply with business needs, manage stock opname, and improve forecast accuracy. 3–5 years in SCM required; FMCG exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, planning, purchasing, and stock control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting, supply planning, and purchasing based on sales trends, inventory levels, and business needs
• Monitor and manage stock availability to minimize potential sales loss caused by stock-outs
• Develop and maintain optimal inventory levels, including planning for new product launches and replenishment
• Monitor purchase realization against forecast and improve forecast accuracy for repurchase planning
• Lead regular inventory and stock opname processes, ensuring high stock accuracy and efficient execution
• Monitor supply risks, identify potential shortages or excess inventory, and drive timely corrective actions
• Work closely with the Warehouse team to improve fulfillment and packing productivity
• Provide regular supply and inventory updates, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and other relevant teams to align supply decisions with business needs

About you

Strong hands‑on experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, purchasing, and inventory management

Proven experience managing stock availability, inventory levels, and purchase planning based on sales and demand

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach

Strong ownership and decision‑making skills, with the ability to independently manage supply‑related issues

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders

Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, or other fast‑moving consumer goods industries is a plus
