Job summary

Eratani is seeking an experienced supply chain professional in Indonesia to lead demand forecasting, drive the S&OP process, and optimize inventory with safety stock policies.

The role requires coordinating with Finance, standardizing PPIC workflows, and guiding the factory team while reporting KPIs to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years in production planning or supply chain, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Familiar with S&OP, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.

This role leads end-to-end demand forecasting , facilitates the S&OP process, optimizes inventory efficiency by establishing safety stock policies , reduces excess waste , aligns order quantities with the Finance team, standardizes PPIC workflows , and leads the factory team while reporting key performance metrics to the management level .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,
• Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain with minimum 2 years as a Leader or Supervisor
• Understand the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting , and inventory optimization processes
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally , effective communication , problem-solving , and good strategic planning
