Valiram is seeking a Senior Executive – Supply & Demand Chain in Jakarta to support end-to-end operations, including demand planning, procurement, and vendor management for optimal inventory and timely product availability.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop and manage demand forecasts coordinating with Operations teams.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to avoid overstocking and stockouts, update records across platforms.
• Order Processing & Fulfilment: Liaise with suppliers on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and product availability; manage inbound documentation.
• Procurement, Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Manage supplier onboarding and registration; prepare reports on demand vs actual sales, inventory turnover, and KPIs.

Job description

The Senior Executive – Supply & Demand Chain will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, and vendor management to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely product availability, and smooth supply chain processes. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include raising purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, handling supplier registration, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business, and customer demands in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and manage demand forecasts in coordination with the Operations teams.
• Monitor sales trends, market insights, and inventory levels to propose accurate demand plans.
• Maintain demand planning systems and documentation for audit and review purposes.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
• Ensure inventory records are consistently updated and accurate across all platforms.
• Responsible for picking and packing merchandise from the office warehouse for timely delivery to stores as part of regular stock replenishment.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Manage documentation and communications related to inbound shipments.

Procurement, Supplier & Vendor Coordination.

• Manage supplier onboarding and registration, ensuring all vendor details are up to date and compliant with internal policies.
• Prepare regular reports on demand vs. actual sales, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and logistics KPIs.
