Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a Regional Inventory Manager to oversee supply planning and inventory control across multiple warehouses in Jakarta. You will translate forecasts into orders, manage safety stock levels, and ensure data integrity across our supply system. Strong Excel skills and FMCG experience are preferred for this fast-paced retailer.

The role focuses on reducing stockouts, optimizing replenishment, and collaborating with vendors to meet business goals in a dynamic Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, or F&B with exposure to material planning, inventory management, or supply planning.
• Advanced Excel proficiency: Sum-If, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, nested formulas, scenario modeling.
• Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to stock optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Regional Inventory Management: manage supply planning and inventory monitoring across 3–4 regional warehouses.
• Forecast Translation & PO Execution: review demand forecasts, evaluate stock balances, determine vendor order quantities, place and track POs.
• Safety Stock & Flow Optimization: analyze inventory across central and satellite fulfillment centers to maintain target safety stock and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: maintain accurate supply chain data and generate regular reports on inventory movements and lead times.
• Risk Mitigation & Collaboration: identify bottlenecks early and coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to resolve delays.

• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in MS Excel (Sum-If, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, nested formulas, and scenario modeling).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured, data-driven approach to stock optimization.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail ecosystem.
