Project Finance Intern

Job description

• Active university student (minimum 5th semester) majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts (asset classification and budgeting).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fast learner, highly meticulous with data entry, and comfortable managing administrative workloads.

Job Role:

• Create, process, and track purchase requisitions (PR) within SAP to support store design needs.
• Ensure data accuracy regarding asset classification and project budgeting.
• Review store designs to determine and verify order requirements, also ensure operational and financial alignment.
• Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP to confirm delivery and completion of services/goods.
• Update and maintain internal financial trackers.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to facilitate and monitor the timely creation of Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure smooth and accurate payment processing.
• Act as a key cross-functional bridge between Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to keep store timelines on track.
