Job summary

PT. Stars Global Resources Indonesia (STGRI) mencari staf perencanaan permintaan yang berorientasi data untuk bergabung di tim Supply Chain. Tugas utama meliputi input data, validasi data, serta kolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk memastikan akurasi katalog produk dan kebutuhan pasokan di lingkungan operasional kami.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Selatan dengan jam kerja penuh waktu. Kandidat memiliki latar belakang di bidang terkait dan kemampuan analitis serta komunikasi yang baik untuk

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait (Supply Chain, Manajemen, Teknik Industri, Statistik, Agribusiness).
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory, atau Data Analysis lebih disukai.
• Pemahaman dasar perencanaan permintaan, peramalan, manajemen persediaan, dan perencanaan pasokan.

Responsibilities

• Input dan pembaruan katalog produk secara rutin dan master data.
• Memeriksa dan memvalidasi data untuk akurasi produk dan inventori.
• Mengumpulkan dan memasukkan data permintaan, stok, dan pasokan dari departemen terkait.
• membantu peramalan permintaan berdasarkan data historis dan kebutuhan operasional.
• Memantau selisih antara peramalan dan permintaan aktual.
• Memantau tingkat stok dan kebutuhan replenishment.
• Menyusun data rencana permintaan dan laporan secara berkala.
• Berkoordinasi dengan SCM, Penjualan, Pembelian, Gudang, dan Produksi terkait data dan kebutuhan pasokan.
• Memastikan semua data dan dokumen terkelola sesuai SOP dan sistem yang berlaku.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Perform regular input and updates of product catalogs and master data.
• Check and validate data to ensure product and inventory data accuracy.
• Collect and input demand, stock, and supply data from related departments.
• Assist in preparing demand forecasts based on historical data and operational requirements.
• Monitor forecast vs. actual demand and record any variances.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishment requirements.
• Prepare demand planning data and reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with SCM, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production regarding data and supply requirements.
• Ensure all data and documents are properly maintained and updated in accordance with applicable SOPs and systems.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory, or Data Analysis is preferred.
• Basic understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning.
• Ability to perform data entry, updating, and validation of product catalogs and master data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to monitor forecast vs. actual demand and assist in identifying variances.
• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
