Job summary

Kopi Kenangan membuka peluang bagi kandidat yang berpengalaman di bidang Hospitality untuk posisi operasional gerai. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik, kepemimpinan, serta pemahaman operasional toko, penanganan mesin kopi, manajemen persediaan, dan kinerja penjualan.

Pelamar diundang untuk bergabung dengan tim di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis, dengan jam kerja shift, akhir pekan, dan hari libur nasional.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
• SMK graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail, or Coffee Shop operations.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership skills, with an understanding of store operations, coffee machine handling, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
