Job summary

PT CJ FOOD LESTARI in Jakarta Selatan seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee stock control, inventory planning, and logistics to support production and export activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor expiry dates, coordinate with warehouse and sales, and ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with quality standards. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years in managerial post and experience in supply chain, or operation, inventory planning and control within the manufacturing/export industry, Distribution FMCG.
• Posses Leadership, Problem-Solving Skill and Hands-on.
• Able to work independently and under pressure with high degree of confidentiality.
• Familiar with distribution, logistics, and export-import processes.
• Analytical and comfortable working with number.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, matured, motivated, dedicated, and responsible.
• Proficiency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control stock level of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure sufficient inventory for production and distribution.
• Closely monitor and manage the expiration dates of raw materials and packaging materials to prevent product spoilage and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze Inventory and Manage Fast & Slow-moving, stock aging, and obsolete items.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistic teams to provide a fast delivery and optimum order fullfilment to customers.
• Oversee the goods receiving process in the warehouse to ensure ordered stock is available and properly documented.
• Prepare and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Monitor marketing and sales plans to align supply availability with business demand.
• Strong coordination with the Sales team to ensure stock availability supports planned sales activities and promotions.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Min. 5 years in Managerial post and experience in supply chain, or operation, inventory planning and control within the manufacturing/export industry, Distribution FMCG.
