Job summary

PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk. (NSR) also known as Cinema XXI is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to optimize day-to-day logistics in Indonesia.

You will streamline procurement, demand forecasting, inventory management, and vendor performance to drive operational efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel, strong communication, and the ability to analyze data and spot trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and Charts).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Streamline and automate supply chain processes, including purchase requests and returns.
• Assist in demand forecasting to ensure optimal product availability.
• Monitor warehouse inventory, optimize stock levels, and coordinate logistics.
• Collect and analyze supply chain data (costs, demand, productivity) to drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate vendor performance, build strong relationships, and ensure compliance.
• Create actionable reports and intuitive dashboards for the management team.
