Job summary

Cinema XXI is seeking a motion designer to bring visual concepts to life across cinema promos, social media, and F&B brand campaigns for XXI Café, The Premiere Café, Hello Sunday, and more.

You will collaborate with the Creative Head, brand managers, and external vendors to translate directions into high-quality motion graphics and dynamic videos, delivering on tight deadlines with a strong aesthetic sense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Animation, or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in motion design or animation.
• Proficient in motion design and video editing software.
• Strong team player with collaboration across creative heads and brand managers.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and up-to-date with social media formats.

In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life by creating dynamic, engaging motion content across cinema promotional campaigns, corporate communications, social media, and F&B brands (such as XXI Café, The Premiere Café, Hello Sunday, etc.). You will work closely with the Creative Head, brand managers, and cross-functional teams to translate visual directions into high-quality digital assets.

Job Description

• Developing motion concepts, helping the Creative Head translate visual directions into animation, and guiding junior team members.
• Producing motion graphics for promotional materials, corporate communications, social media, and internal cinema operations.
• Creating dynamic motion content for F&B brands (XXI Café, The Premiere Café, Hello Sunday, etc.) across digital platforms and screens.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Animation, or related, with 1–2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficient in standard motion design and video editing software.
• Strong team player with experience coordinating alongside creative heads, brand managers, and external vendors.
• Strong aesthetic sense and up-to-date with current visual trends, motion styles, and social media formats.
• Excellent project management skills to deliver high-converting motion pieces under tight deadlines.
