• Monitor and review petty cash and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct internal control audits at company outlets.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Review compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support fraud prevention by identifying unusual transactions and assisting with reconciliation processes.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with relevant internship experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to conduct field visits to company outlets when required.
• Fluent in English is a plus
