Job summary

Facetology is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to ensure material availability by monitoring MRP and MPS, and by coordinating with contract manufacturers to align production schedules. You will reconcile inbound finished goods data across reports and warehouse records, ensuring readiness of raw materials prior to production.

The role requires an Industrial Engineering or Logistics & Materials Management background with PPIC experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics & Materials Management; PPIC experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate with contract manufacturers and internal teams.
• WFO (work from office) in South Jakarta.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics & Material Management, with PPIC experience (preferably in FMCG/ manufacturing/ or beauty industry.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis).
• Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate effectively with contract manufacturers and cross-department internal teams.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
