Facetology is a dynamic beauty brand focused on improving quality of life through its products, and we are seeking a Demand Planner Manager in Jakarta Selatan to lead forecasting and inventory strategy. You will develop demand forecasts from historical data and promotions, coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, and work with third-party manufacturers on capacity and lead times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning or related functions, preferably at managerial level.
• Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with third-party manufacturers (maklon) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts based on historical data, trends, promotions, seasonality, and business plans.
• Lead the demand planning process to ensure product availability while considering capacity and lead times.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to align forecasts and launches.
• Coordinate with maklon regarding capacity, MOQ, material availability, schedules, lead times, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock cover, overstock, stockouts, and develop action plans.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, demand variance, inventory performance, and supply risks to identify improvements.
• Lead and develop the Demand Planning team with accurate and timely planning processes.

As a Demand Planner Manager, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, seasonality, and business plans.
• Lead the demand planning and forecasting process to ensure product availability while considering production capacity and lead time from manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to align demand forecasts, inventory requirements, and product launch plans.
• Coordinate with third-party manufacturers (maklon) regarding production capacity, MOQ, material availability, production schedules, lead times, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock cover, slow-moving items, overstock, and stockout risks, and develop appropriate action plans.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, demand variance, inventory performance, and supply risks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop the Demand Planning team while ensuring effective, accurate, and timely planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or related Supply Chain functions, preferably at a Managerial level.
• Experience in the FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers / contract manufacturers (maklon) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, supply planning, and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/Supply Chain Planning systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
