Job summary

PT Sinar Alfa Omega, a growing cosmetics manufacturing company, seeks a Supervisor of Utility & Facility to ensure reliable utility systems and safe operations supporting production. You will plan maintenance for electrical, HVAC, boiler, water systems, and related equipment while leading technicians and coordinating vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in relevant fields, strong leadership, and data-driven reporting to improve downtime and energy use.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in Utility, Facility, Maintenance, or related field.
• Strong leadership and sense of urgency.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to read electrical Schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and reliability of utility and facility systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical, HVAC, compressor, boiler, water system, WTP/WWTP, and facility equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting, breakdown handling, emergency response, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage maintenance records, equipment history, checklists, technical documents, and spare parts.
• Ensure inspections, certifications, safety, environmental, and legal requirements are followed.
• Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors to meet technical, safety, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Lead technicians and support maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, downtime, risks, and improvement activities.

Get to Know the Role

As a Supervisor, Utility & Facility, you will play an important role in ensuring the availability, reliability, safety, and efficiency of utility and facility systems to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability and reliability of utility and facility systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical, HVAC, compressor, boiler, water system, WTP/WWTP, and facility equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting, breakdown handling, emergency response, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor utility and energy consumption and identify opportunities for improvement and cost saving.
• Manage maintenance records, equipment history, checklists, technical documents, and spare parts.
• Ensure inspections, certifications, safety, environmental, and legal requirements are properly followed.
• Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors to ensure technical, safety, quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met.
• Lead technicians and support maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, downtime, risks, and improvement activities.

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Utility, Facility, Maintenance, or related field.
• Strong leadership and sense of urgency.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experienced in vendor/contractor management.
• Able to analyze data and prepare technical reports and maintenance KPIs.
• Understand electrical distribution, transformer/genset, compressor, chiller/HVAC, boiler, pump & piping, water system, and WTP/WWTP.
• Able to perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Able to read SLD, P&ID, technical drawings, and equipment datasheets.
• AK3/K3 Listrik or relevant technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemical manufacturing is preferred.
