Job summary

PT Sinar Alfa Omega is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance and reliability efforts in our Tangerang facility. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage utilities, and drive efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years in engineering with 2 years in supervisory duties, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD and PLC. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years as an Engineering Supervisor.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or Chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with machine breakdown, preventive maintenance systems, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage asset reliability and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure effective execution of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide engineering support to Production to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
• Manage utility systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Plan and oversee machine installation, modification, and engineering improvement projects.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors and contractors for engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Monitor engineering costs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Develop engineering systems, SOPs, and maintenance standards to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team to strengthen technical capabilities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering best practices.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering, including at least 2 years as an Engineering Supervisor.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or Chemical manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in handling machine breakdown, preventive maintenance systems, utility systems, machine installation, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability, Equipment & Utility Management, and Project Modification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and PLC.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
