Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Production & Utility Supervisor who will oversee the maintenance of production and utility machines. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-6 years of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance plans, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with various ISO standards. The position is onsite in Jakarta Timur, with working hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience as a Maintenance Production & Utility Supervisor in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
• Able to maintain production and utility machine equipment.
• Understanding of Electrical Systems and program logic control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate periodic maintenance plans.
• Implement machine repairs and lead maintenance functions.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of commissioning machines and electrical systems.

This position will report directly to the Maintenance & Utility Part Leader and Maintenance & Utility General Manager. M&U Part Leader will be lead the M&U team consist of 9 person technician & 1 staff member. The work of location is in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Qualification

1. Bachelor (S1) in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering.
2. Experience 5-6 Year working as Maintenance Production & Utility Supervisor from cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacture/FMCG industry
3. Good understanding of Production and utility Machine
4. Able to do maintenance of Production and utility machine equipment : Filling Machine, Mixing, Boiler, Chiller, HVAC, AHU, air compressor, forklift, Water treatment, RO System.
5. Understanding of Electrical System, Program Logic Control, Mechanical , Pneumatics System, Hydraulic System
6. Have a good knowledge of Maintenance Procedure And Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
7. Good knowledge in blue print reading, layout design, CAD & MS. Office
8. Basic understanding CPKB-GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, HAS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, responsible forperiodic maintenance plan
• Implementation of the machine repair
• Lead the maintenance function inproviding preventive, predictive andcorrective of all operations equipment & facilities
• Managing, controlling preventive & break down maintenance, machinespare parts, problem solving, rootcause analysis
• Conduct of inspection, testing &repair of commissioning machine and electrical systems
• Responsible & controlling of service, repair, overhaul of electrical systems including the equipment
• Set priorities on mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance activities

Workplace: Onsite Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
