Job summary

WIK Group in Batam, Indonesia is seeking an Environmental & Facility Compliance Specialist to join our growing international team. You will support building maintenance oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage documentation for audits.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field, 1–2 years of experience, strong English, and proficient MS Office; relocation support, a canteen, and a performance-based bonus are offered.

Your Tasks

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a closely related field and min 1-2 years of working experience in the same position.
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian environmental and safety regulatory frameworks: Permenaker, SNI, ESDM, Permen LHK (hazardous waste/B3), and BP Batam FTZ requirements. Skilled in document control practices: version control, retention schedules, and audit-ready record organization.
• Familiarity with management system standards and audit methodologies: ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 22000/HACCP/GMP/BRCGS (Food Safety), and customer-specific audit protocols.
• Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) sufficient to coordinate with technicians and vendors — not required to perform hands-on technical repair or design.
• Good in English, communication, presentation and proficient in Microsoft office, especially powerpoint for audit/management presentations and Excel for compliance registers and monitoring workbooks.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek continuous improvement.
