Job summary

PT Sukses Abadi Farmindo, a manufacturing site of PT. Citra Nusa Insan Cemerlang, seeks an experienced Food R&D professional to lead new product development and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Halal Assurance systems.

The role focuses on formulating and scaling new and existing products, coordinating lab and production trials, and mentoring R&D staff at our Cikupa, Tangerang facility. Candidates should have 3–4 years in Food R&D, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with GMP, Halal,

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Food R&D, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety Management System, Halal Assurance System, and GMP.
• Experience in food powder, liquid, and jelly-based product development.
• Hands-on experience in product stability testing and evaluation.
• Experience in New Product Development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize product formulations for new and existing products.
• Prepare and manage laboratory and production-scale trial schedules.
• Develop and maintain Food Safety Management System and Halal Assurance System documentation.
• Prepare and control production-related documents and specifications.
• Develop and evaluate packaging solutions for production implementation.
• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate R&D staff under their responsibility.
• Prepare monthly R&D activity reports and conduct staff performance evaluations.
