Job summary

Kalbe Nutritionals (PT Sanghiang Perkasa) is seeking an experienced Food Technology professional to lead formulation and product development in snack and nutritional products. You will coordinate lab-scale and pilot-scale trials, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, and manage multiple projects from concept to commercialization.

The role requires hands-on R&D leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
• 5–6 years hands-on product development experience in snacks/nutrition.
• Proven track record launching new snack products.
• Experience supervising junior R&D staff or technicians preferred.
• Knowledge of milk powder formulation, food safety systems, and Indonesian regulations.
• Skills: analytical thinking, project management, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and development.

• Ensure product quality, stability, taste, and nutritional value.
