Job summary

PT. Megavape International Indonesia is hiring a Production Supervisor in Batam to oversee daily production activities and lead Production Leaders and Operators toward meet targets.

You will monitor output, efficiency, and manpower while ensuring compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and company regulations. The role requires a D3 in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field and at least 1 year in production, preferably in electronics or vape manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/D3 in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, preferably as a supervisor.
• Experience in electronics/vape or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, quality standards, 5S and target productivity.
• Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.

• Supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
• Lead and monitor Production Leaders and Operators.
• Monitor output, productivity, manpower, and efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards and company regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with QC/QA to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and adherence to policies in the production area.
• Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, Engineering, PMC, and HR to support production.

Job description

• Ensure discipline, 5S, safety, and compliance with company policies within the production area
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance or coaching to improve productivity
• Coordinate with other departments such as QC, Warehouse, Engineering, PMC, and HR to support production activities

About you

• Minimum D3 preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in production, preferably with experience as a Production Supervisor or similar position
• Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in electronic cigarette/vape, electronics, assembly, or similar industries
• Good understanding of production processes, SOPs, quality standards, 5S, and production targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop Production Leaders and Operators
• Able to analyze production data, identify problems, and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to work in shifts
