Job summary

OSI Electronics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Batam, Indonesia. You will manage daily floor activities, ensure on-time delivery, and lead a team of over 50 operators while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role requires an engineering degree (D3/S1) in Industrial/Electronic Engineering, at least 3 years in PCBA electronics, and proficiency with MRP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education: D3 or S1 in Industrial/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience: at least 3 years in PCBA Electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge and hands-on MRP system.
• Able to lead >50 subordinates.
• Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001.
• Proficient in English.
• Establish and control the process workflow.
• Manage and control the Operators and equipment.
• Problem Solving - Skill.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at high quality level.
• Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
• To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
• Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
• To provide training to Operators
• Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
• Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
