Job summary

PT GLOBAL ALPHA LOGISTICS saat ini mencari Supervisor PPJK dengan lisensi PPJK minimal untuk mengelola ekspor-impor via laut. Tanggung jawab meliputi supervisi, koordinasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan nasional.

Pelamar diutamakan berpengalaman 5 tahun di logistik ekspor-impor, menguasai dokumen bea cukai seperti HS Code, NHI, BL, dan keterampilan MS Excel yang baik. Posisi ini bersifat on site dengan peluang promosi bagi karyawan yang berkinerja.

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengetahuan regulasi terkait kepabeanan dan ekspor-impor.
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di kegiatan Export-Import Ocean.
• Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.
• Menguasai dokumen kepabeanan dan persyaratan EDI (PIB & PEB).

Responsibilities

• Menyampaikan laporan rutin (harian, mingguan, bulanan).
• Memelihara hubungan baik dengan pihak terkait.
• Memberikan pembaruan status pengiriman dan memberitahukan keterlambatan.
• Mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan ekspor, impor dan aktivitas kantor bea cukai.

Job description

SUPERVISOR PPJK (MUST HAVE PPJK LICENSE)

Experienced at least 5 years. (Export-Import Ocean)

Regular Report (daily, weekly, monthly).

Maintain good relationships and cooperate with other parties.

Proactively provide shipment status and notify of any delay regarding arrival delivery of dispatch of shipments.

Supervise and Coordinate Export, Import and customs office activities. Ensure that it is monitored, reported, and reviewed for accuracy, following applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.

Check and re-check all documents for Customs Clearance.

Handling technical obstacles in the field and organizing trucking operations for loading and unloading activities.

Basic Condition

Must have a License such as PPJK (at least), Dangerous Goods, EDI (PIB & PEB), BNSP, CEISA 4.0.

Must have responsibility for your post.

Understand the rules/regulations and process flow of Customs Clearance Export and Import.

Great knowledge of regulation and Customs Clearance.

Great knowledge of documentation; (HS Code, PI, Lartas, SPJM, NHI, BL, PL, CI, COO and other documents.)

Excellent administrative skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
