Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and delegate responsibilities among Raw Material Warehouse personnel
• Monitor receipt of paper rolls from suppliers regarding quality and quantity
• Monitor paper roll removal from warehouse (both full and partial rolls)
• Plan and supervise raw material layout according to paper type, weight, and width
• Monitor receipt of partial or defective rolls from the Production section
• Maintain inventory records in the Raw Material Warehouse
• Supervise the finishing/wrapping process
• Monitor circulation of finished pack stock in relation to customer delivery plans
• Control warehouse removal of finished packs and paper cores with team members and Expedition section staff
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance activities in the Raw Material Warehouse area

This role involves coordinating work and delegating responsibilities within the Raw Material Warehouse section (GBB). The position oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of paper rolls from suppliers, manages inventory planning and layout according to paper type, weight, grammage, and width specifications, and monitors stock circulation for customer shipments. The role includes supervising cleaning and maintenance activities, analyzing production reports, and ensuring compliance with operational and administrative standards.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate work and delegate responsibilities among Raw Material Warehouse personnel

Monitor receipt of paper rolls from suppliers regarding quality and quantity

Monitor paper roll removal from warehouse (both full and partial rolls)

Plan and supervise raw material layout according to paper type, weight, and width

Monitor receipt of partial or defective rolls from the Production section

Maintain inventory records in the Raw Material Warehouse

Supervise the finishing/wrapping process

Monitor circulation of finished pack stock in relation to customer delivery plans
