Job summary

PT Artha Nusantara Mining is seeking a qualified professional for a Coal Trading & Commercial role in Jakarta Selatan. The candidate will handle reporting, royalty and DMO compliance, invoicing, and data-driven sales reconciliation.

The role requires 3+ years in coal trading, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate commercial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Mining, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in Coal Trading & Commercial
• Familiar with coal commercial processes, including DMO, royalty, ePNBP, and sales reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with data and reports.
• Good understanding of sales administration, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to coal commercial activities.
• Manage and monitor the use of MOMS (Marketing Online Monitoring System) for coal marketing activities.
• Prepare and manage coal royalty reporting through ePNBP.
• Prepare and manage coal sales reports, including DMO and royalty reconciliation.
• Perform sales calculations and prepare sales invoices, including applicable taxes.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties related to commercial activities.
• Prepare and compile coal sales schedules and ensure proper and timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized commercial documentation and data.
