Job summary

PT Bintang Tujuh Sembilan is seeking an experienced Marketing Batubara professional to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with coal buyers and lead negotiations to achieve sales targets in the coal trading business.

The ideal candidate has a background in coal marketing or trading, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a robust network of coal buyers. Willingness to travel and proactive, target-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or coal trading.
• Good understanding of coal business and trade.
• Active network of coal buyers (valued as an advantage).
• Ability to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with buyers and potential buyers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct follow-up and achieve sales targets.
• Understanding of coal offer processes, price negotiation, coal specifications, and coal transactions.
• Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willing to undertake business travel as required.
• Experience and database/network of coal buyers (preferred).
