PT Aroma prima livindo is seeking a Supervisor Finance Admin Claim to lead the Finance Admin Claim team and oversee screening and validation of all trade and promotional claim submissions from distributors, key accounts, and sales teams. You will match claims against agreements, audit supporting documents, and monitor accruals versus deductions.

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, beauty or distribution preferred.
• Proficient in ERP software Accurate and claim management portals.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Able to join ASAP and willing to be placed in Greenlake City, Tangerang.

• Lead a team Finance Admin Claim and oversee screening and validation of all trade and promotional claim submissions from distributors, key accounts, and sales teams.
• Match claims against valid agreements (Trading Terms, Trade Promotion Agreements, Listing Agreements, joint business plans).
• Audit supporting documentation including tax invoices, debit notes, proof of performance, and delivery orders.
• Monitor sales promo accruals vs actual claim deductions to prevent budget overruns.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable deductions and unapplied credits with Finance and Revenue Management.
• Investigate unauthorized or invalid claims, negotiating chargebacks or re-issuances with distributors and sales representatives.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse teams to verify physical returns, damaged stock reports, and write-offs.
• Partner with Sales/Key Account Managers to resolve disputed deductions and clear outstanding client claims.
• Prepare weekly and monthly claim status reports, aging claim dashboards, and variance analysis for Management and Finance.

Supervisor Finance Admin Claim (MT-GT LKA)

Note; Interview will be held in Offiline Process (Head Office, Greenlake City Tangerang)

We need someone who :

Lead a team Finance Admin Claim and oversee the screening and validation of all trade and promotional claim submissions from distributors, key accounts, and sales teams.

Match claims against valid agreements (e.g., Trading Terms, Trade Promotion Agreements, Listing Agreements, joint business plans).

Audit supporting documentation, including tax invoices, debit notes, proof of performance (POP), and delivery orders.

Monitor sales promo accruals vs. actual claim deductions to prevent budget overruns.

Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Management to reconcile Accounts Receivable (A/R) deductions and unapplied credits.

Investigate unauthorized or invalid claims, negotiating chargebacks or re-issuances with distributors and sales representatives.

Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse teams to verify physical returns, damaged stock reports, and write-offs.

Partner with the Sales/Key Account Managers to resolve disputed deductions and clear outstanding client claims.

Prepare weekly and monthly claim status reports, aging claim dashboards, and variance analysis for Management and Finance.

We need someone who :

S1 in Accounting (is a must) with 3-5 years of experience in Senior Accounting/ Finance Admin Claim.

Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or distribution is preferred.

Proficiency in ERP software (Accurate) and claim management portals.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup, and conditional formulas).

Strong understanding of Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak), Credit/Debit Notes, and Trade Marketing mechanics.
