PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks a senior procurement professional to support LNG procurement and contract management across capital projects. You will oversee planning, bidding, negotiations, and administration while ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and project contracts.

To support and assist the Manager Procurement LNG in overseeing daily procurement operations related to LNG. This role is essential in managing commercial purchasing and contracting activities to ensure they align with company standards, Indonesian law, and project work contracts. The position ensures high-quality support services to user departments and promotes an ethical, efficient, risk-managed, and cost-effective procurement process.
Plan, organize, and control LNG procurement and contract activities to support Capital Procurement & Services
Ensure compliance with company policies, Indonesian legal requirements, and contract agreements
Support user departments in all aspects of contract bidding, negotiation, preparation, administration, and management
Implement and maintain a consistent, cost-effective, and ethical procurement process
Provide subject matter expertise in LNG commercial procurement, logistics, and contract management
Collaborate in developing strategic, long-term procurement plans and relationship management strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement in supply chain business processes, procedures, and technology
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics, and contract management, with significant exposure to LNG commercial projects
Proven track record in managing complex procurement activities, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations within large-scale industrial, energy, oil & gas, or LNG environments
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities in support of project delivery objectives
Strong ability to analyze procurement and supply chain trends, market conditions, commercial risks, and cost drivers to support strategic sourcing decisions
Demonstrated capability to lead procurement planning, tendering processes, supplier selection, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations for LNG-related projects and services
Sound understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations, commercial practices, and project-specific contractual requirements
Ability to develop procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, schedule, and risk management outcomes
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to prepare professional reports, facilitate commercial discussions, and deliver executive-level presentations
Proficient in the use of procurement systems, contract management platforms, document management tools, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
