Job summary

PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects at sites and coordinate delivery with timeliness, budget control, and quality standards. The role requires hands-on supervision of crews and subcontractors, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will develop schedules, manage resources, and ensure SQE compliance on site while coordinating with design and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar construction management role.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for contractual compliance and company policy adherence.
Identify and resolve issues during construction; propose and implement effective solutions.
Provide regular progress reports to project managers and maintain cost tracking of materials and wages.
