Job summary

DECA Group is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee the Sumatra region, driving sales strategies and ensuring optimal execution through Area Coordinators. You will manage AR/SI/SO, stock levels, and distribution while improving coverage and product availability.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales operations within GT channels, strong leadership, and travel willingness to visit distributors and outlets to boost performance and market presence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales operations,GT channel preferred
• Experience managing regional sales areas, Sumatra preferred
• Strong understanding of GT distribution, distributor management, outlet execution
• Hands-on in AR, SI, SO, stock management and area distribution flow
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams including Area Coordinators
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build relationships with distributors and internal teams
• High discipline, integrity, and accountability; willingness to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of Area Coordinators within Sumatra to ensure optimal execution of sales strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by driving effective sales execution, territory coverage, and team productivity.
• Control and monitor AR, SI, SO, stock levels, and distribution effectiveness across the area.
• Ensure product availability and proper distribution flow in line with company standards and sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team under direct supervision to improve capability and performance.
• Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to strengthen execution and market presence.
