PT Rainbow Indonesia seeks a Sumatra Unit Manager to lead the Sumatra business from base on Sumatra Island with frequent travel across all provinces. The role requires delivering sales and profit targets, developing regional strategy, and managing the local team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in agrochemical sales management in Indonesia, proven dealer relationships, and strong negotiation skills; English proficiency is a plus and travel will be extensive across Sumatra.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years agrochemical sales management experience in Indonesia.
• Experience operating across multiple Sumatra provinces.
• Strong dealer network and key account negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Sumatra.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the full Sumatra business, deliver sales & profit targets, develop regional strategy, execute and conduct regular business review.
• Develop and maintain key dealers, conduct business negotiation, implement channel policy; control inventory, price and credit term to maintain healthy channel order.
• Lead local sales team (AM/SE/FP), decompose targets, track execution, coach performance and empower team; identify and mitigate business risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy / Plant Protection is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years agrochemical sales management experience in Indonesia. Must have proven multi-province business operation experience across Sumatra, familiar with local agro distribution network.
• Existing key dealer connections in Sumatra with strong key account negotiation skills.
• Proven sales team management experience, result-driven and willing to travel extensively within Sumatra.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a plus. Strong data sense with good control over collection, inventory and promotion expense.
