Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company in Indonesia seeking a proactive Sales/Student Success Associate in Jakarta Selatan to monitor learning progress, engage students, and support the Academic Team.

You will build strong relationships with students, provide motivation and guidance, and assist in sales decisions while helping the team achieve engagement and sales targets. Diploma 3 and 1–2 years in related fields are preferred.

Competenze

Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, BD, Customer Success, or related fields.
Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team.
Build strong relationships with students through motivation, guidance, and continuous support.
Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
