Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our Jakarta team. You will monitor student engagement, support the Academic Team, and assist prospective students in making informed decisions.

With a Diploma 3 and 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles, you will build relationships, achieve individual and team targets, and contribute to growth in education services. A personal smartphone and laptop are assumed; team-oriented and proactive work is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields; education/startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
