Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Academic Orientation for BULC new students.
• Receive and process documents for lecturer and student services (e.g., study leave, graduation documents, internship, final project).
• Maintain and update records of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
• Assist student payment process and administration (calculate fees, inform students, input bills to BCS system, collect receipts, validate payments, inform payment reports).
• File BULUC students’ finance documents.
• Keep records and data confidentiality of customer transactions.
• Calculate tuition fees and upload information to LMS application each period.
• Process student registration in related courses using subject addition forms.
• Disseminate updates to students (e.g., course subject availability).
• Track and verify student payment data and statements.
• Calculate fees for students (e.g., added subjects).
• Track and verify receivables and inform scheduling and thesis coordinator.
• Process related expenses for office operation and record office finance documents.
