Job summary

Ruangguru in Indonesia is seeking a motivated professional to support student engagement and drive sales through personalized guidance. You will monitor learning progress, build relationships, and collaborate with the Academic Team to provide ongoing support for students on their learning journey.

Responsibilities include guiding learners, assisting them in evaluating courses, and helping to reach individual and team targets for engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education in any discipline is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education or startups is a plus.
• Personal smartphone and laptop required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
