Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company offering learning videos, practice banks, and study notes to improve access to quality content. Ruangguru for Business aims to elevate student outcomes and drive engagement and sales.

We are looking for a capable candidate to monitor progress, motivate learners, and assist in closing sales with prospective students while collaborating with the Academic and Sales teams to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, customer success or related fields; education sector or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset is essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills; own smartphone and laptop required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and report to Academic Team with follow-ups.
• Build relationships with students through motivation, guidance and ongoing support.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and aiding decision-making.
• Provide consistent advice and solutions to help students reach learning goals.
• Meet individual and team targets for engagement, presentations and sales performance.

Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes. Job Descriptions

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.


• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.


• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.


• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.


• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline


• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.


• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.


• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
